Quality and Environment Policy
The Management Team of J. Serra Ramos, Lda. considers the Quality and the Environment as primordial factors for the strategy and sustained development of the company. Thus, the implementation of a System of Management of the Quality and Environment constitute a tool for the evolution of the activity of the company, to materialize the definite goals annually.

 

The politics of Quality and Environment of the J. Serra Ramos, Lda. it seats in the following principles:

 

  1. Satisfaction of all intervening in all the processes - customers, collaborators and suppliers;
  2. Fulfilment of the goals defined for each project, respecting the environment and the applicable legislation;
  3. Development of the solutions adjusted through the availability of the appropriate ways, the valuation of the human factor and the constant technological update to be used in the accomplishment of each project;
  4. Promotion of the prevention of environment accidents and, through the improvement of the conditions of work and formation of the different operators in each process;
  5. To divulge the politics of Quality and Environment and to create conditions that allow the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the System of Management of the Quality and the Environment;
  6. To reduce the level of environment impacts of its activities, contributing for a continuous improvement of the environment;
  7. Development of all the efforts in a  continuously base to improve the effectiveness of the System of Management of the Quality and the Environment of the company.

 

The success of the implementation of this politics depends on the individual effort of each one of the collaborators and the work of all in the definition, revision and implementation of the goals previously established.
